Beauvert 2007 Cotes du Rhone

Bastide de Beauvert is part of Cave de Foncalieu, a large, quality-focused co-operative with cellars in the Languedoc, Provence, Gascogny, & the Rhone. Located NW of Avignon, overseen by oenologist Nathalie Estribeau, this cellar hit the mark with a smooth, fragrant blend of Grenache (70%) & Syrah. Inviting red fruits of raspberry and currants are enlivened by whispers of pepper and cinnamon.
