Wines made from this vineyard are meant for the long term.  But trust me, with a good piece of meat cooked on the rare side, currently this wine is singing! Accentuated with tons of black fruits and just a touch of wild strawberry and raspberry in the background that’s enveloped in sweet toasted brioche.
