The bouquet is intense, and clearly mature, with greenish accents and balsam mingled with white berry fruit and spice, while there's also fair gunflint minerality and mineral acidity. Nice balance, and quite rich. On the palate it's ample, with rich greenish sour lemon fruit supported by dusky gunflint bitterness and a fair amount of savory acidity that flow into a clean bitter finish.
