The bouquet is fresh, with pleasing bitterness and honeysuckle mingled with some brambly accents and slight bitter almond, with underlying hints of tropical fruit, in particular honeydew melon. On the palate it's medium bodied, with fairly rich mineral laced citrus fruit supported by acidity and a fair amount of underlying bitterness that flows into a fairly long tart sour tannic finish.
