Santa Carolina 2008 Carmenere

Deep ruby. Perfumed aromas of cherry, cedar and tobacco; smells like cabernet. Focused and gently sweet, with peppery red berry flavors and a hint of bitter chocolate. A bit unyielding on the finish, with the cherry and pepper notes repeating.
